What are the cancellation policies for reservations made on our website before the booking starts?

1 Night Stays: Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 5 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.
2-5 Night Stays: Free cancellation is available up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 5 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.
6-29 Night Stays: Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.
29+ Night Stays: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be provided.
For the non-refundable rates, no refund will be provided at any time of a cancellation.
